Here’s my take– I used chicken instead of beef. That sauce! So good… and the whole recipe was so easy too! Thanks for a great selection, Dominica!

Awesome. I decided that I am going to try to highlight fellow bloggers in my posts to share the love a little bit. Enjoy.
I made some changes – using pea shoots and Bearss limes and adding arugula – it was a hit! Thanks, Dominca, for selecting this recipe. http://culinary-adventures-with-cam.blogspot.com/2012/03/food-matters-project-seared-beef-with.html

Thank you Dominica for a very tasty choice… we really enjoyed this meal! I turned mine into two dishes, a vegetarian one and a meat one, but realized that I should’ve cooked them as one. Mixing both dishes on my plate worked just as well though. http://letscookandbefriends.blogspot.com/2012/03/hifriends-its-another-food-matters.html
Great choice of recipe! I used tempeh instead of the beef, changed the ‘marinade’ a little and added some good old sea vegetables – delicious!!
http://mywholefoodromance.blogspot.com.au/2012/03/vegetables-of-sea.html
I made a vegan version of the recipe and renamed it seared bean sprouts with edamame and sesame orange sauce. It turned out both yummy and healthy. Thanx for your great pick, Dominica!

I added carrots and snow peas to mine. http://www.girlichef.com/2012/03/seared-bean-sprouts-w-beef-and-sesame.html
Since I’m not a fan of tofu or other meat subs I went with Chickpeas!

I am looking forward to making it for dinner again.
Such a quick meal!

I loved that this orange sauce actually tasted like oranges! I subbed tempeh in for the beef and added in an eggplant and bell pepper for some of the bean sprouts. All around delicious – http://www.joanne-eatswellwithothers.com/2012/03/recipe-seared-bean-sprouts-with-tempeh.html

I added mushrooms and made these into lettuce wraps–they were so good! Served them to my boyfriend and my Dad, who both wanted thirds.

This was a GREAT recipe! Thanks, Dominica! I added some red bell pepper to mine. In the future, I will probably make this with tempeh or tofu because I don’t cook with a lot of meat. This sauce is a new favorite for me–so versatile! I love to see all the different additions everyone made. Edamame and string beans sound like great adds!

I didn’t use noodles or grains, rather the bean sprouts. Also, instead of the beef, I swapped it for mushrooms! Lastly, the orange sauce was changed to a garlic-ginger asian sauce. It was delicious!

I grew my own bean sprouts but only used 1/2 the amount called for, and then I added garlic, lots of ginger, and minced orange peel. I loved it and had a lot of fun watching the sprouts grow.
