Another great week for The Food Matters Project! Thank you all so much for your continuous support and participation. Dominica picked a fun recipe this week and we loved seeing each and every variation on it. This is the first time our selected recipe has contained meat and I enjoyed seeing creative vegetarian takes on the recipe, like Alison’s spring rolls and Erin’s sesame chickpea noodles. Mrs. Lusher traded beef for pork and Jen tried chicken, which seems to indicate that these noodles are great with just about anything! And who knew that bean sprouts are just sprouted, germinated mung beans?! Not I!
