We tried something even more different than quinoa – cracked freekah. Paired with pesto and roasted veggies this was a great take on tabbouleh!

Heavy on the herbs and dressed with olive oil and yuzu, this was delightful! Thanks for the inspiration, Sara. I will definitely be making this again. http://culinary-adventures-with-cam.blogspot.com/2012/09/food-matters-project-quinoa-tabbouleh.html
I was going away for the long weekend and used this as a clean-out-the-fridge recipe. Good pick, Sara!

I love this recipe! Sara, thank you for choosing a good one that I have been meaning to make for a long time. I used all the vegetables I could think to use and made a summer feast in one dish.

Great choice! Really enjoyed this one- we didn’t have quinoa so I stuck with bulgur. Loved the addition of radishes, yum!

I made my tabbouleh with “riced” cauliflower in order to make it “grain free” and paleo-friendly. It is deeeeeeelicious. http://bigeatstinykitchen.com/2012/09/03/cauliflower-tabbouleh/

Hi guys! I went plum and pear picking with the little king today and brought this AMAZING tabbouleh as a picnic. Unfortunately, my post isn’t ready, yet. I’ll be posting by tomorrow for sure. Bon appétit!
I repeat : this recipe is AMAZING! Unfortunately, writer’s block struck again so I proclaimed silent Tuesday.

Thanks for a great pick, Sara! As usual, I had quinoa already cooked in my fridge so this came together incredibly quickly. I have a very BUSY workweek coming up so it will be nice not to worry about what is going to be for lunch for a couple of days
And sorry to post so late! This three day weekend confused me–I kept thinking it was Sunday today! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

It is so strange. I was sure I posted a comment this morning but it is no longer here – oh well… perhaps I am getting forgetful in my old age.
I really loved this dish – the mint was the key
