What a fun, easy appetizer! I roasted some black figs and rolled those into the mix. Delicious. http://culinary-adventures-with-cam.blogspot.com/2012/09/food-matters-project-roasted-fig.html

We enjoyed experimenting with this recipe! We added basil and almonds to turn this into a pesto cheese log, served with big salad and homemade croutons, it was delicious!

I love all of your guys’ posts! I have been a little overwhelmed with school lately, so I didn’t get around to making my raw cashew nut ‘cheese’ balls… but it’s on the list!

I completely forgot to post this on Monday! I made mine with aged white cheddar like Jess and added some dried chopped cherries. I have never been into cheese balls but this version really did it for me. I loved it! I will absolutely make this again at the holidays. Thanks, Jess!
