Here’s my go at it: http://meadowsknits.blogspot.com/2012/10/baked-pumpkin-orange-custard.html
Hi Sandra! You are all alone out here. I’m sure the weather is a problem for a lot of members. Mine is in the oven and I will report back in a few hours. It smells great.
I topped my custard with crushed gingersnaps. The topping is what made this recipe really good. Geat flavors and a nice crunch. Thanks for a great pick Sandra. My thoughts are with everyone going through this horrible storm.

Sorry so late, everyone! I had a big report due today for work followed by a meeting, and then my 30th yoga class this month (the end of a 30-in-30 challenge!). Busy, busy, busy. Thank goodness for this simple, yummy recipe. Great pick, Sandra! I love pie without the crust so this was right up my alley!

Sorry I wasn’t able to participate this week! We were consumed with storm prep and I was reluctant to do a lot of cooking and buy perishables in case we lost power. Everyone’s posts look delicious, though! Looking forward to next week.
Arghh I forgot to link my pumpkin muffins…
