Great choice Lan! You guys know that I prefer savory over sweet so I made Asparagus Flan and seved it as a side to roasted salmon.

Sorry I didn’t participate yesterday! I’ve been helping a friend move. Hoping I can make this tonight or tomorrow to post because I love flan! Was it hard for anyone to find gelatin? Wondering if I need to go to a specialty store or if it is at most grocery stores…
